Police: 1 dead, 5 injured in Sunday afternoon Charles County crash
One person is dead and five are injured after a Sunday afternoon crash in Charles County, according to police. At around 2:15 p. m. , officers responded to the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Maryland Route 6, east of Burch Road in Port Tobacco, Maryland. A preliminary investigation revealed that a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze collided with a 2015 Nissan Rogue, as the driver of the Nissan attempted to pass the Chevrolet, resulting in the collision of the two vehicles.
